Games for Change Europe Festival

June 15, 2015, 9:00 am - June 16, 2015, 7:00 pm

| Free

With Games for Change Europe, we will be hosting two jam-packed days about the technology, art and science of Impact Games.

For the first time in the history of Games for Change, games aimed at social impact are not only considered important cultural artifacts but also prove commercial success. With acclaimed titles like Valiant Hearts (Ubisoft), Never Alone(E-Line Media) and This War of Mine (11bit Studios) and Papers, Please! (Lucas Pope), hundreds of thousands of players around the globe have immersed in compelling and meaningful game worlds over the past year. With new technologies on the rise, 2015 marks the date to break new ground on what video games are and can be in the future.

Join us in Paris and become part of this exciting momentum.

Discover the potential of video games in addressing important societal topics like human rights, ecology and health with vigour and creativity. Learn about the latest social impact game projects and meet developers, teachers, activists, social entrepreneurs and other decision makers to discuss trends, chances and challenges in our emerging field.

Sessions will be held in English and French with the possibility of in-ear translation in both directions.

We look forward to welcoming you in Paris.
